FHIX RAMP PROGRAM
Fhix Ramp combines strength and bodyweight exercises to provide a complete workout. A strength exercise is followed by a simple bodyweight exercise that challenges the muscles used in the strength exercise, providing clients with an easy method of evaluating themselves and their growth. The exercises in the program require a wide range of complex movements and routines using multiple muscle groups for the best results.
